Every piece is made from scratch after your order is placed. Here is what that means for your timeline.
Because your garment doesn't exist yet when you place your order — and that's intentional. Every piece is cut, stitched, and finished entirely on-demand, specifically for you. There is no warehouse shelf to pull from. The 10–15 business day window is the actual production time required to make your garment correctly, from fabric selection through final quality inspection. This model eliminates overproduction and fashion waste entirely, and it means the piece that arrives has never been handled, worn, or returned by anyone else. It was always going to be yours.
Yes. The moment your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email or SMS acknowledgement with your order details. Once the finished garment leaves our studio and is handed to our courier partner, you'll receive a second notification containing a live tracking link so you can follow it door-to-door. If you'd like a status update at any point during production, you can reach us directly — a real person will check and respond, not an automated system.
We currently ship across India only. International shipping availability will be announced on our website when it becomes available. If you're based outside India and interested in ordering, feel free to reach out — we're happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We do not add hidden fees after the order is placed. The final amount shown at checkout is exactly what you will be charged.
In the rare event of a delay beyond our standard 10–15 business day window, we will proactively reach out to you via email or SMS with an updated timeline. You will not need to chase us. If the delay is unacceptable, we will work with you on a resolution — including a full refund if the order has not yet been dispatched.

We don't run an automated returns portal. All requests are reviewed personally, case by case.
Because every item is custom-manufactured to order, we do not offer a standard automated returns process. What we do offer is something better: a direct conversation with our team. If your garment arrives with a sizing discrepancy or a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately by call or WhatsApp. We will personally pull your order record, review the issue against your original measurements and our quality checklist, and work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, an alteration, or a refund. No ticket numbers. No scripted replies. A real person handles every case.
Production begins quickly — usually within one business day of your order being confirmed. Because of this, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a change, message us directly on WhatsApp or call us at the number below. After the 24-hour window has passed, your garment is likely already in active production and cancellation may no longer be possible. We always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, so if you're unsure, reach out as early as you can.
Once a refund is approved, it is processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet. Most refunds are completed within 5–7 working days. In some cases involving bank transfers, it may take up to 7–10 working days depending on your bank's processing time.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. We take quality seriously — if we made a mistake, we will make it right.
Because every piece is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed, change-of-mind returns are not supported. We encourage you to review our size chart and product details carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing the right size or design, our team is available on WhatsApp or phone before you place your order.

How we handle your money and protect your data during transactions.
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and digital wallets — all through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. You can choose whichever method is most convenient at checkout.
Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification. Zuvaki does not collect, store, or have access to your card numbers, CVV codes, net banking credentials, or any sensitive banking information. All data is transmitted over SSL encryption. We only receive a transaction ID for order verification.
If your payment fails or is interrupted, no amount is deducted from your account. You can simply retry the payment. In rare cases where an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment source within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, contact us with the transaction details and we will resolve it promptly.
No. We do not store any card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay. We only store a payment confirmation ID (transaction reference) for order tracking and record-keeping purposes.
Yes. All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged — no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Getting the right fit and knowing what to expect from a made-to-order garment.
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring a garment that fits you well and comparing those measurements against our chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out to us on WhatsApp or phone — our team can help you choose the right fit before you place your order.
We make every effort to display accurate product photographs and colours. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to differences in screen calibration, ambient lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our garments. These minor variations are inherent to the product and do not constitute a defect.
We use carefully selected fabrics chosen for comfort, durability, and finish quality. Material details — including fabric composition and care instructions — are listed on each product page. If you have specific questions about a particular fabric or need help choosing, our team is happy to assist.
At this time, we produce garments in the standard sizes listed on our size chart. Custom sizing or alterations are not available through our website. However, if you have a specific requirement, feel free to reach out — we may be able to accommodate it depending on the product.

How we handle your personal information and account data.
You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account. An account makes it easier to track your orders, view order history, and speed up future checkouts — but it is not mandatory.
We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order — your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. This data is used for order fulfilment, shipping updates, and customer support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Yes. You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Simply email us at [email protected] with your request, and we will process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please note that we may retain certain order records as required by tax and accounting regulations.
For any privacy-related concerns or data requests, you can reach our Grievance Officer directly. Their details are published on our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages. All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
