By accessing or using the Zuvaki website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for the transaction.

All Zuvaki products are made-to-order. Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

The standard manufacturing and dispatch timeline is 10–15 business days from the order date. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Because items are produced on demand, standard instant cancellations and automatic returns are not supported. Any cancellation, return, or refund request will be manually reviewed by our team and processed only if it meets the conditions outlined in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), net banking, and other methods available through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Zuvaki does not store your card numbers, CVV codes, net banking credentials, or any other raw payment credentials on its servers. All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.

In the event of a payment failure or fraud suspicion, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you promptly.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colours, and sizing. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen calibration differences and the handcrafted nature of our garments.

Such minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Please notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account. Zuvaki is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zuvaki and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to impersonate others, or to submit false or misleading information during checkout.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zuvaki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of the Grievance Officer are as follows:

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month from the date of receipt.
