Every product at Zuvaki is produced after the order is placed. We do not hold ready-made inventory. Each piece is manufactured to meet our quality standards and the specifications selected at checkout.

This is a deliberate approach. When nothing is made in advance, nothing goes to waste. Every garment produced has a clear destination.

Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Please review the timeline below before placing your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking number, the courier partner's name, and a direct tracking link.

This notification is sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number. You can use the tracking link to monitor delivery status in real time.

Please ensure your delivery address — including pincode, landmark, and contact number — is accurate at the time of placing your order.

Zuvaki is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by weather events, public holidays, or high-demand periods such as festive seasons.

In the rare event of a production or dispatch delay beyond 15 business days, we will proactively notify you via email or SMS before you need to ask.

We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be communicated on the website when applicable.

Business days exclude Sundays and national/public holidays declared by the Government of India.
